Shipping
Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to arrive. It is possible to experience delays due to suppliers and shipping carriers.

In-clinic Pickup
You will be contacted after placing your order to schedule a date and time for your pick up. Please allow up to 48 hours after placing your order.

Shipping Exclusions
We cannot ship zo skin health to Ontario or any areas outside of Canada. Any orders placed within these areas will be refunded.

Refund and Exchange Policy
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund however we can exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable items:
- Gift cards and Treatments
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or used for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kozaskinclinic.com to arrange.

Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item (including shipping for the exchanged item).

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
